Sales Development Manager
Overview
Swimlane is a rapidly growing leader in the Cyber Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response space. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our inside sales team to drive sales opportunities. This position will report to the SVP of Sales.
This is full time position working for Swimlane. Outsourced contractors and staffing agencies should not apply.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Sales Development team to achieve its goals
- Develop processes and programs to improve the quantity and quality of Leads
- Manage and train the SDR team
- Effectively utilize and maintain the CRM to manage activities and sales details
- Actively engage in sales skills improvement
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Core Skills
- History of leading SDR teams to achieving and surpassing its targets
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Experience utilizing a CRM to manage a team’s performance
- “Can do” attitude and strong work ethic
- Experience in the IT Security market and/or solutions are a plus
- Experience in utilizing SalesForce and SalesLoft are a plus
Experience
- 4 Year Degree Preferred
- 4+ years of experience in B2B selling and/or demand generation
