Sales Development Representative
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Management
· Identify new Commercial Real Estate developments, availabilities, and building projects for potential integration
· Identify new prospective customers through lead harvesting
· Research decision makers in new accounts
· Engage new accounts through email marketing, cold calling, and LinkedIn
· Respond to inbound website inquiries
· Qualify new opportunities & schedule demonstrations w/ sales lead
CRM Management
· Assist in maintaining accurate CRM platform, collecting all relevant information for respective leads, deals, contacts, and organizations
· Assign & Maintain activities, accurate notes, and engage correct team members to ensure continuous deal velocity
Sales
· Assist in drafting Proposals based on solution design assigned in CRM by Director
· Assist in drafting Contracts based on specifications assigned in CRM by Director
Client Management
· Assist with periodic/daily communication with both new & existing customers
· Respond to basic requests, or engage responsible team member via email
· A/R tracking & management
· Direct customer requests & project components to correct internal resources
· Periodically engage with existing customers for health checks
· Own contract renewal process
Marketing
· Assist with the creation of marketing collateral (research, white papers, email campaigns, etc.)
· Provide creative insight into how to improve client engagement, lead generation
Job Requirements

- Attention to CRM & opportunity details
- Professionalism and reliability with customers
- Strong written & verbal communication skills

Compensation
This is a part time position (>30 hours p/week)
