As Sales Coordinator, you’ll work alongside our Director of Business Development to turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans, as well as with our internal team members to brainstorm and pursue new business opportunities. 

Your Mission:

  • Know what you’re selling. Like any good salesperson, you understand the basics of digital marketing. No, you don’t have to be an expert, (that’s what our strategists are for) but you do have to have a fundamental interest in digital marketing and know what you’re talking about.
  • Manage the sales process and pipeline, from prospects to leads to actual clients.
  • Engineer of sales: Work with fellow Inflowers on sales engineering efforts to create all-star sales presentations.
  • Onboard new clients and make them feel welcome. Keep your finger on the pulse of current and upcoming projects to nurture further growth.
  • Eyes on the prize. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Determine client needs and how we can meet them. Maintain and build those relationships. 

What You Must Have:

  • Four-year degree in marketing, advertising or communications. 
  • Don’t have that? Demonstrate relevant experience and you shall be considered.
  • 1-3 years applicable work experience, including (but not limited to) sales, digital marketing strategy, account management, SEO, paid online advertising, conversion rate optimization, and content/email marketing.
  • Did we mention that we’re a marketing agency? You must be able to talk about the technical aspects of digital marketing. Smarts sell.
  • Organizational optimist with outstanding project and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Mike Belasco (great guy whose daughter is obsessed with Star Wars) founded the company back in 2003 when he saw this huge, honkin, Royal-Gorge size gap between agency offerings and client needs. Originally, seOverflow (our previous brand) was just that—an outsourcing company. Now we bring Inbound Marketing (i.e. omni-channel marketing that puts the customer first with deliberate, non-interruption-based tactics) to the eCommerce world.  It’s no-mans land, but we like it a lot.

Oh and don’t mess with Mike. His grandfather engineered the first space shuttle toilet and he doesn’t eat raspberries. No one knows why.
