Neto is an All-In-One Retail Management SaaS Platform for product based retailers (B2C) and wholesalers (B2B).  We enable retailers/wholesalers to sell in any channel and also manage everything (inventory, order management, shipping, payments, etc) on the back end.  Our key customers are small to medium retailers (either pure play online retailers or those retailers who sell across multiple channels, such as POS, pop up stores, bricks & mortar and in marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay). 

We are a new age tech company but with some real runs on the board and we are expanding in the US and seeking an outstanding 'go getter' to join our Denver team as a Sales Business Development Manager.

We are looking for your skills and drive to help us:

  1. Convert online trials to new customers;
  2. Source new business opportunities from your network and the broader business community;

This role requires a high level of understanding and knowledge about SaaS and the eCommerce retail environment in order to grow the Neto customer base.

 

Primary Job Accountabilities:

  1. Growing the Neto Client base.
  2. Manage and grow your pipeline of sales ­and promote and sell the full range of Neto products.
  3. In conjunction with the VP of Sales identifying ‘potential’ Neto Clients to target.
  4. Following up on all new Neto “Demo” trial prospects within the 14 Day trial period.
  5. Working with the VP of Sales to refine and further develop triggered marketing campaigns to automatically re­market to prospects.
  6. Attending industry Trade Shows with a view to introducing Neto to the broader online industry.
  7. Inbound and outbound calls and some prospect customer visits for our larger XL customers.

 

Key Skills Required for the Role:

  • Strong sales skills - written and verbal.
  • Experience in selling SaaS (Software as a service) and an understanding of cloud based products.
  • Proven track record in ICT sales.
  • Understanding of the eCommerce retail/ digital environment.
  • Understanding and experience in IT.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • An effective communicator, rapport builder and relationship manager.
  • You must be able to work autonomously.
