What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate, you'll work with HR Professionals & Business leaders to understand their employee engagement & recognition goals to explore how Zestful can meet their needs and improve the employee experience.
Some of the things you'd be responsible for would be:
👋 Researching and planning for your customer conversations.
📈 Providing demos focused on Customer needs and how Zestful solves them
📧 Executing Zestful's Sales Process and Sales Methodology
🤙 Collaborate cross-functionally to help our customers win and help Zestful grow
🤝 Be creative! Test out new ideas in a safe environment
Skills We're Looking For
🌟 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle sales. Preferably in a SaaS company (HR space a huge plus).
Process-driven, super organized and able to stay on top of multiple tasks at once.
🙋 You are curious, always looking to improve, and are coachable.
🔥 Competitive, goal-driven, get's sh*t done!
