Tek Experts provides business and IT outsourcing services, and we take intense pride in helping companies handle their business operations. Due to expansion, we are hiring several sales assistants who will help our clients through their contractual renewals.

You will provide technical assistance to internal operations and client representatives. Answer questions from clients by providing assistance in licensing information and contractual detail. You will also compile and analyze reports diagnosing entitlement errors and providing solutions.

General responsibilities

Assist contract renewal representatives at our key clients with administrative tasks such as:

  • Order and analyze client reports, data gathering and investigation
  • Work with the internal teams to resolve contract entitlement/licensing issues
  • Establish modifications to product configurations
  • Ensure issues are resolved completely, accurately and in a timely manner
  • Use applied knowledge of multiple software interfaces

Skills and competencies 

Must have the ability to understand detailed processes and apply this knowledge to day-to-day problem solving tasks.

  • Strong relationship management– A collaborative nature and act as a sales advisor in customer queries
  • Clear communicator– Clear, concise and persuasive communication style adapted for multiple audiences, plus demonstrate effective writing, presentation skills, and proactive listening skills
  • Effective business management- An ability to work with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and support sales process.
