Hiring rate/range: $40,000 - $45,000 annually
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
Summary/Objective:
The Travelers Haven sales team is made up of a variety of sales components including outbound and inbound account executives and account managers. With that, there are a variety of needs the team has to optimize sales efforts. We are looking for a versatile team player interested in taking on important tasks to support and enable the sales team to perform at their highest levels. This position provides the opportunity to learn how to be successful in a sales role and great exposure to our organization. The Sales Administrative Coordinator will report to the Director of Sales Operations and support the sales team through a variety of administrative duties. This Team Member will be responsible for lead distribution, prospect list organization, reporting and auditing or sales activity, and management of key sales and marketing campaigns.
Essential Functions:
Update and maintain key sales call lists
Manage sales enablement tools, auditing activity and helping to keep records clean
Hold sellers accountable to their tasks by managing important daily dashboards
Assist in submitting weekly and monthly reports
Update training materials, uploading them to the training platform
Complete projects and deliverables in an accurate and timely manner
Identify, prioritize & implement all administrative elements required to fulfill team sales goals
Handle administrative requests and queries from other team members and departments
Assist in the future migration to new CRM platform
Assist Account Executives in deals to increase the likelihood of successful closes
Provide additional support to the Director of Sales Operations and other sales leaders for key administrative tasks related to major initiatives
Competency:
Proven track record of successfully analyzing data to make strategic and tactical decisions
Ability to work independently while managing the administrative work
Understanding of the principles and practical application of transactional and programmatic sales efforts
Strong skill set in organization and managing deadlines
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and Salesforce, including the ability to understand and manipulate basic spreadsheets
Required Education & Experience:
Strong previous experience in an administrative support role
Bachelor’s degree preferred
