Sales Activation Manager
POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Sales Activation Manager who is hungry to gain insight and exposure into the mobile media and advertising industry. The ideal candidate possesses a strong passion for helping clients achieve their goals, is a team player, flexible to help wherever there is a demand, and able to communicate clearly across all departments of the company. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect and build a pipeline of qualified leads using a variety of sales tools to meet company objectives.
- Develop long-standing customer relationships and optimal customer ROI through consultative sales and effective account management.
- Pitch the AdAction mobile value proposition and product with the aim of achieving significant revenue bookings and growth.
- Manage all aspects of the client relationship including onboarding, campaign setup and execution and other growth activities.
- Proactively create performance reports and proposals to educate clients on current campaigns and new opportunities that align with their business.
- Advocate on behalf of clients to internally escalate any concerns and reasonable requests.
- Translate client objectives into action items for the Ad Operations and Performance Media teams.
- Monitor daily metrics, program performance, and traffic quality to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Utilize Salesforce to maintain account records.
- Expedite invoicing process.
- As needed, coordinate activities and resources among internal teams.
- Maintain and improve internal intranet and CRM solutions.
- Represent AdAction at designated trade shows and conferences, as appropriate.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 year of Sales and/or Account Management experience
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- Must be results-oriented and possess an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a demanding, fast-paced work environment
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills are a must
- Knowledge of the mobile ecosystem is a plus
- Must possess an aptitude for technical implementation and trouble-shooting
- Highly analytical and incredible attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve
- Reliable, consistent and trustworthy
- Enthusiastic about the mobile app space
