Inside Sales Representative (Littleton, CO)
extendedReach is a leading provider of web-based case management software for agencies that provide social services (such as foster care and related services) to children and families. We have experienced tremendous growth and are adding to our team.
We are seeking a Inside Sales Representative to join our team! Primary responsibilities are to identify, qualify, and secure new customers and build relationships with both current and potential customers.
You will work in the Denver office (located in Littleton, CO) with non-profit and social service agencies throughout the United States. Prospects will be contacted by phone and email (vs. face-to-face). Demos will be done remotely by GotoMeeting.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify, research, and contact prospective customers (cold-calling in addition to email)
Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs)
Demonstrate software to prospective customers (remotely using GotoMeeting)
Create, send, and follow-up on proposals
Maintain a sales pipeline and sales-related notes using CRM software
Understand prospective customer needs and offer solutions; follow-up and answer potential client questions
Collaborate with other sales team members to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Collaborate with implementation team to ensure new customers are successfully onboarded
Collaborate with leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
Collaborate with leadership on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
On-going relationship management with customers
Reports to COO
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outbound sales
(full sales life cycle: prospecting, cold-calling, proposal creation, and closing)Demonstrated and proven sales results
Experience in the software or consulting industry is preferred
Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
Detail-oriented
Independent and assertive
Capable of solving problems and implementing technical solutions
Familiarity with foster care and or social services agencies is a plus
Compensation:
- Approximately $50K-$80K ($15-$20/hour + commission)
$600 monthly stipend for health insurance or other use
$60 monthly reimbursement for Internet
2 weeks paid time off

Must be able to:
