What you’ll do
  • Responsible for managing and coaching Marketo renewals specialists team
  • Drive and increase Renewals Bookings, Retention Rate, and Growth
  • Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales teams to resolve customer concerns and issues
  • Develop processes and KPIs to effectively manage and track retention and growth pipeline
  • Identify revenue risks and create steps for risk mitigation in collaboration with Customer Success and Sales Leaders
  • Provide qualitative assessment of renewals, attrition and major performance drivers to Leadership
  • Engage with business partners on running different campaigns to maximize revenue around renewals
Key Performance Measures
  • Meet and exceed team revenue targets
  • Provide accurate and weekly forecast of team progress
  • Ensure operational business metrics are updated consistently by your team
  • Effectiveness in developing and retaining employees
What you'll need to succeed
  • Min. bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a numerate, technical or business discipline
  • 3-5 years experience in customer success or sales management experience from a high-tech company-ideally with Marketing Automation, CRM or related applications (i.e. ERP systems) in a SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication, verbal and written
  • Experience in performance management – ability to recognize key performance indicators, ensure ongoing monitoring and ability to collate information into clear and succinct management reports
  • Build trusted relationships with key partners and executive sponsors
Highly Desirable
  • Significant experience operating in a similar capacity, directly managing a portfolio of services contract renewals via direct and indirect channels
  • A proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with business partners inside and outside the organization, and to leveraging all available resources to support the business process of renewals
  • Exposure to contract negotiation/drafting, including Legal and Financial Governance
