In this role, you'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and contribute to the growth and success of the organization by identifying, qualifying, and closing net new opportunities within assigned geographic territory.

A Day in the Life

• Proactively solicit and drive new business.

• Create, monitor, and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of quota and metrics for assigned territory.

• Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.

• Research target accounts to identify and assess customer needs and effectively link product value, features/benefits to those needs.

• Develop and maintain product knowledge and articulate the business value of our offerings.

• Manage sales cycle from prospect to close (with support from direct Manager and Solutions Consultant).

• Travel as needed to conduct face to face meetings with HR and C-Level Executives

• Utilize sales tools including Salesforce.com, Salesloft, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo.

• Partners effectively with internal teams including the Implementation team to ensure a smooth transition?for customers.

Key success factors

• 3+ years of sales experience gaining net new customers required, preferably in a SaaS environment

• Proven success in consistently achieving retention and growth sales quotas.

• A passion for helping customers solve business issues with advanced technology solutions.

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, build relationships, and uncover opportunities with a value-based approach.

• Displays negotiation skills and ability to navigate a customer's internal organization (ex: finance, legal, IT).

• Ability to clearly present material and effectively overcome objections.

• Able to communicate with and influence multiples layers within organizations, including Senior Leadership.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

• experience in a Sales Methodology- MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler etc. preferred

The Location: Downtown Denver/Hybrid/Remote

The Salary: $50,000-100,000 + OTE up to $200K
