Alteryx, Inc. is currently looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to support our sales and go to market teams.

As a Recruiter, you understand how to partner effectively with hiring teams by building creative sourcing strategies with a successful track record of converting passive leads into active candidates and hires. What You’ll Do: 

  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process for sales, customer success, and sales engineering positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiating, and closing candidates

  • Serve as a recruiting business partner and advisor to hiring managers and business leaders on market trends and activity

  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and create an ongoing passive pipeline of talent

  • Manage the content of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for assigned positions

  • Attract top talent via networking, social promotions, community involvement, and other innovative approaches

  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity when working with our candidates and hiring partners

  • Work in conjunction with leadership on TA projects such as employer branding, social promotions, process improvement, etc.

 

The Experience You Bring: 

  • 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology industry for go to market functions

  • Data-driven approach to optimize the hiring funnel

  • Experience building a diverse candidate pipeline, knowledge of Diversity & Inclusion recruiting best practices

  • Experience recruiting/sourcing in a fast-paced environment for a variety of sales roles

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service focus and tenacious appetite for uncovering talent

Compensation:

Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role in Boston, Massachusetts is $81,000 to $135,000.This position is remote-friendly and, as such, compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
