Today, Neat Homes is hiring real estate agents to join its growing brokerage. We are seeking agents to specialize in representing buyers and sellers throughout the Front Range.

You’d be a great fit for our team if you:

Your skillset:

• Ideally 2+ years of experience as a licensed Realtor in Colorado (don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re a brand new real estate agent!)

• Detail-oriented outlook
• High technical proficiency

Primary responsibilities:

• Hold and maintain current, active, Colorado Real Estate License in good standing.
• Develop meaningful relationships with buyers and sellers, and guide them through the real estate transaction process.
• Write and negotiate real estate contracts and manage all aspects of transactions including, but not limited to, purchase offers, negotiations, disclosures, inspections, appraisals, closings etc.
• Must be available for evening and weekend interactions with clients for showings, contract writing, transaction management and excellent responsiveness to communications from other agents.

• 1099-independent contractor 
• W2 salary + commission & benefits: $40,000-$120,000+
