Provider Success Coach (Account Manager)
Pay Range: $45,000-$50,000
What is a Provider Coach?
The Provider Success Team is responsible for ensuring that our growing network of SonderMind Providers are fully equipped to utilize our software and are at full client-volume capacity. As part of the Success Team, Provider Coaches onboard, train and help providers achieve their individual goals in private practice and are focused on driving increased product utilization as well as high provider satisfaction throughout the entire customer lifetime.
Who are we looking for
Our Provider Coaches manage relationships with our growing network of providers by understanding and documenting their unique goals, challenges and opportunities. As individual contributors, our Coaches strive to translate information about our network into customized, strategic programs that lead to customer satisfaction and retention. As our ideal candidate for this role, you possess exceptional communication and people influencing skills in order to optimally support our providers while meeting our aggressive department goals. You are metrics-oriented, capable of balancing a large number of ongoing relationships, and must be passionately invested in helping healthcare providers overcome challenges in order to keep them engaged and satisfied.
Expected Outcomes:
- Within one week: Fully understand the provider onboarding and activation process and become an expert on our software
- Within two weeks: Have scheduled touch-points with all providers in your pipeline
- Within two months: Achieving monthly activation targets; increasing provider engagement and client volume
- Complete at least one quarterly business review with every assigned provider
Gotta Have This:
- 1-2 years in a SaaS Account Management or a Customer Success function
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding pipeline-related targets
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration in order to achieve department goals
- Demonstrated success in managing a high volume of customer accounts or support inquiries
Nice to Have:
- Experience with adult training or onboarding
- Healthcare and/or behavioral health experience
- Experience with process improvement
- Startup experience
