Job Description:
RingCentral is looking for a proven contributor to join our dynamic Enterprise Accounts segment to address the strong demand we're seeing in the market
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, documentation and information
- Coordinate between travel and partner teams for best resource
- Liaise with Project Managers and Partner Delivery Teams to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives and resolve any scheduling constraints
- Ensure client needs are met as project evolves
- Review internal documents (i.e. SOW) to ensure any and all requests can be filled
- All projects are to be scheduled on time, within SOW limitations and with high quality standards
- Exercises judgement within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Assist in monitoring the project progress and respond to issues as they arise
- Act as a point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
- Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and resource availability
- Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reports
- Ensure standards and requirements are met through creating and updating processes
- Manage and engage in Mavenlink projects to provide communication and documentation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of supporting professional services teams (SaaS, UCaaS, Cloud applications, VoIP).
- Demonstrated professional communication skills
- Expresses views openly and independently, has courage and confidence to challenge the status quo
- Proven project management skills, including self-starter, organization, follow-through and problem-solving
- Ability to develop, process, and communicate analytical information
- Proven project management skills, including self-starter, organization, follow-through and problem-solving
- Excel/Google Sheets
- Task oriented and organization skills required
- Success with engaging Partner Delivery Teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
- Entrepreneurial flare - ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done
- BS degree, continued training and education preferred
- Excel and/or Google Docs proficiency required
