We're looking for a Pre-Sales Product Specialist to help convey the Bonusly value to prospects and employees alike. You’ll be responsible for developing training for new hires and ongoing product education, and participating on prospect sales calls to provide added product support. You will work closely with the Sales and Product teams to identify future development areas, as well as partnering with Marketing to create effective sales enablement tools.

As an early hire on a growing team, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape our sales processes and make a big impact on the company.

At Bonusly, you’ll…

• Develop and coordinate new hire and ongoing training for the entire sales community.
• Provide advanced product and team-selling support to the sales team.
• Collect prospect feedback on features and functionality and work with product on future development goals.
• Create and maintain sales tools and knowledge base (e.g. demos, presentations, and competitive analysis) for the Sales team.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, as well as prospective clients.
• Help drive quicker sales rep ramp-up times, increase sales productivity, and facilitate better product alignment in the market. 

💚You’re a great fit if you…

• Have at least 4 years of experience in product marketing, sales, and/or client success.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree.
• Are able to build strong relationships and influence decisions internally and externally. 
• Excel at performing under pressure.
• Possess strong communication skills. 
• Are comfortable working with diverse teams.
• Enjoy coaching and teaching. 
• Have strong attention to detail and are well organized.
