Brandzooka (brandzooka.com) is seeking to hire a seasoned Project Manager. Our company saw incredible growth in 2020 and we're looking for a passionate self-starter to join our team.

Responsibilities for Project Manager

Understand project scope and objectives

Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner

Manage and track progress on tickets, sprints, and epics

Contribute to task estimation and sprint retrospectives

Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various departments about strategy, adjustments, and progress

Keeping informed on development progress and communicating expected deliverables

Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution

Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications for Project Manager

3+ years of project management and related experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Proven ability to solve problems creatively

Strong familiarity with project management software tools (including Jira), methodologies, and best practices required

Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

We are open to remote applicants, but some occasional travel to Boulder, CO would be required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range:  $65,000 - $75,000
• We offer 1 of the 2 platinum level insurance plans offered in Colorado. The health insurance policy covers up to 99% of the employee's premium and 50% of dependents. So, yeah, that's pretty cool!
