Performance Marketing Strategist 

Brandzooka (brandzooka.com) is looking for a Performance Marketing Strategist to join our growing tech team. You'll have the opportunity to join our small (and mighty) but growing marketing team as we build a new & improved version of our SAAS platform and acquire and grow our book of business. After focusing on the evolutions of our core MVP product for the past several years, we're scaling and building out a new major version of our app. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and measure the performance of user acquisition campaigns across various advertising platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic ad networks (Brandzooka) as well as SalesForce
• Implement and grow an email marketing program to help drive lead acquisition in tandem with our Marketing Manager
• Monitor, optimize, and report campaign performance on an on-going basis to ensure we’re hitting our target KPIs.
• Provide data driven recommendations to improve campaign performance, strategy and increased conversions.
• Actively test audiences, creative, copy, and media types and report findings along with recommending strategic next steps to engage audiences
• Build new audiences to target and acquire based on data from existing campaigns, and new and emerging trends in the programmatic space
• Granularly segment and understand different user personas and develop curated custom targeting and media strategies to engage and convert users
• Collaborate on creative concepts with members of the greater marketing team and manage creative projects.
• Stay informed on industry and competitor insights, and relatable changes within the mobile, web, and social ecosystems.

What we are looking for:

• 3-5+ years of experience in performance-based marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and current social advertising landscape.
• Strong analytical expertise, written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong focus on audience segmentation and how to engage and drive performance

• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience running user acquisition campaigns and web campaigns.
• Understanding of mobile attribution models and use of attribution software
• Background in Google Analytics
• Experience running display and video advertising campaigns

Compensation

• Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000
