Downtown Denver-based luxury hospitality company seeks a dynamic sales-oriented professional who is highly-organized and has experience managing and catering to affluent clientele from around the world. The Pass Lead has a resolute focus on the Pass product and Passholders. The lead is a member of the established care territory, devoted to the management of existing passholders and the development of new passholders.

 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day account management of all Passholders in the territory, ensuring their reservations are handled quickly and completed without error, following up on any service failures and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • In-depth understanding of each Passholder’s utilization, understanding the risk profile of each Passholder and working to increase engagement where utilization or satisfaction are low. 
  • Responsible for the territory’s Passholder retention and save tactics when necessary.
  • Responsible for the territory’s upgrades, prepayment, and recommitment of terms of existing Passholders.
  • Responsible for territory passholder growth by selling into the territory base, collaborating closely with the Territory Manager and Territory PVAs.
  • Responsible for territory passholder growth via referrals, collaborating closely with Regional Directors.
  • Building awareness for the Pass product via territory visits, lunch and learns and other opportunities to be determined. 
  • The ideal candidate should be comfortable reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics and provide accurate guidance on quota attainment
  • The ideal candidate should be results driven and to operate with both high output and quality and should have the utmost integrity in their work
  • The ideal candidate must have demonstrated excellent member relationship building and management skills. They must feel comfortable and confident driving sales velocity as well as creating compelling reasons for Passholders to retain the memberships over the long term. 
  • The candidate must be creative—constantly driving to positive outcomes for members and the club.
  • The candidate must be a team player, supporting territory priorities, as well as covering schedules, developing new employees and assisting where needed.

  • Overcome difficult objections, rejection, tough personalities, various decision makers, and maturely handle the highs and lows of a professional sales environment

  • Strong organizational skills, with the capability to effectively prioritize
  • Desire to learn, grow, and receive constructive feedback
  • Impeccable listening skills, and the ability to react quickly in conversation
  • Stellar work ethic and attitude

Qualifications: Candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Preferred 1-3 years of quota bearing account management experience
