Guild is hiring for a Partnerships Enablement Lead to help accelerate the acquisition and expansion of employer and academic partners by equipping the team with the knowledge, skills, and information to deliver exceptional value for our partners and ultimately deliver on Guild’s strategic goals. 

In particular, we are looking for a team member who has experience working in heavy cross-functional environments and leading the execution of projects from inception to completion. In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to define the enablement strategy for the partnerships function. 

As a Partnerships Enablement Lead you will:

  • Support an effort to map the competencies, skills, and behaviors that are essential to the success of the partnerships team. 
  • Own the development of the onboarding experience for new hires on the partnerships team.
  • Develop a comprehensive training plan for the partnerships team in alignment with the identified skills and competencies.
  • Partner with the instructional designer to develop training materials that align to gaps within the partnerships team.
  • Develop rigorous knowledge assessments to determine the impact of training as well as remaining knowledge gaps.
  • Collaborate with a range of functions across the business such as Marketplace Expansion, Product, and Student Growth to enable team members as the business changes. 
  • Partner with Revenue Operations to identify trends and gaps within the partnerships team and develop training to address needs. 
  • Develop a framework for measuring the impact of enablement on the performance of the partnerships team. 
  • Execute on other special projects as needed. 

In this role, you will work in close collaboration with the Partnerships Enablement Lead, Nicola Rhyan, as well as Partnerships leadership Karina Salenieks (SVP Sales), Mark Rudnick (VP Academic Partnerships), and Greg Siegel (SVP, GM of Client Success) as well as other Guild leadership such as: Tommy Butler (Dir. Revenue Operations), Chandler Koglmeier (VP Marketplace Expansion). 

You are a strong fit for this role if you:

  • 5+ years of work experience in client-facing roles; consulting or project management are a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to drive the strategic direction of multiple initiatives
  • Concrete examples of leading project workstreams from inception through delivery 
  • Experience working in a heavily cross-functional environment with senior leadership
  • Excellent problem solving skills, with a strong emphasis on developing scalable processes
  • Strong communication, delivery, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across clients and projects
  • Desire to learn, grow, and evolve within a fast-paced environment 
  • Positive, “can do” attitude and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
