What we're looking for
The Partner Success Manager is a key member of our national Sales Team. The PSM's core responsibility is to recruit, onboard, coach and develop assigned sales Partners (Agents, Consultants, MSPs, VARs, SIs, ISVs, etc.) that deliver IntelePeer regional bookings and revenue targets.
Duties

  • Support the success of the assigned region(s) by developing successful partnerships
  • Create Trusted Advisor relationships with principal/stakeholder contacts within assigned Partner base
  • Recruit and sign up new profile Partners within assigned region(s)
  • Develop Partner Success Plans for key partnerships inclusive of mutual commitments toward sales, revenue, marketing, and training/enablement objectives
  • Partner Training and Onboarding
  • Coordinate and deliver training and onboarding programs for Partners to ensure sales readiness for company products and processes
  • Coordinate and deliver training updates for Partners on new product offerings and related processes
  • Provide timely and consistent feedback loop to leadership on go-to-market strategy, products, and partner programs
  • Facilitate funnel development and lead generation via day-to-day activities, including regular meaningful exchanges with Partners in assigned territory
  • Champion Partner needs and coordinate with internal groups (sales engineering, product, etc.) during the onboarding and training process
  • Travel as needed to support Industry/Partner/Virtual events (Enterprise Connect, QBRs, Sales Kickoffs, etc.)
  • Accurately forecast Recruitment, Onboarding, & Development lifecycle of assigned Partners using Salesforce and other provided PRM tools
  • Provide timely, detailed and accurate reporting as requested by management to include daily/weekly updates into Salesforce dashboards
  • Strengthen relationships with Channel Influencers and Master Agent associates in region(s)
  • Leverage technology and social media tools provided by organization (including LinkedIn Navigator, SalesDirector.ai, and IntelePeer Partner Portal)
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in channel management (channel sales, partner development, or like role)
  • 5+ years' experience in the Technology Industry (SaaS, CCaaS highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated track record of success:
  • meeting and exceeding sales and revenue growth targets
  • interacting with partners or customers at all organizational levels
  • negotiating and closing skills
  • influencing and collaborating across organizational boundaries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Proficient in Virtual meeting tools; WebEx Meeting preferred
  • Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software; Salesforce preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in related field highly preferred

Compensation

  • The starting pay range for a candidate selected for this position who is based in Colorado is generally within the range of $70,000 - 80,000 for annual base salary plus $40,000 in potential commissions. Employees are eligible for additional discretionary bonuses and commissions pursuant to the Company's commission plan. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range.
