Partner Success Manager
As a Partner Success Manager, you will positively impact partner relationships in a fast-paced, high growth company. Partner Success Managers own the full spectrum of partnership implementation from identifying appropriate opportunities, to project managing integrations to fruition to marketing campaigns. This position requires the ability to understand and explain Engrain's products and APIs at a high level, bring in technical resources where needed, manage partnership opportunities with intention, and articulate the value proposition for a partnership.

You Are:
Adept at relationship building and communication with partners and client stakeholders.
Creative, with experience in marketing, advertising, product development or business development.
At home in a fast-paced, high growth environment and know how to get it done - whatever it may be - with a sense of urgency.
You Can Expect To:
Develop strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to key partners and client stakeholders for the purpose of increasing retention and engagement rates.
Work to connect dots between different partners and identify ideal integration methods to create an ideal customer experience.
Work cross departmentally, organizing resources from product development, to marketing, to implementation and client success.
Liaise between partners and internal teams to ensure the timely, successful, and profitable delivery of software solutions.
Focus on partner satisfaction and growth - helping partners fully utilize product capabilities.
Drive growth through success/value realization and desired outcomes.
Serve as an industry and product expert while staying abreast of industry trends, insights and competitive dynamics in the marketplace.
We Would Like:
5+ years of experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong interest in the synergism between marketing and technology.
Adeptness in managing the details of multiple projects in multiple phases at once.
Ability to think outside of the box and perform within a fast-paced business climate.
Proven ability to effectively and efficiently manage ever-changing priorities and deadlines for a large volume of projects while paying strict attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills; written and verbal.
Able to think and act proactively.
Experience with multifamily or other real estate software a plus.
