š About the Role
As part of the Strategic Cloud Partners team, the Partner Sales Manager will play an important role driving growth with Quantum Metricās most strategic partner Google Cloud. We are looking for someone who can make an immediate impact while being self-motivated, organized and determined in building upon the business Quantum Metric has with Google Cloud today. The Partner Sales Manager will regularly work with account teams and executives across Quantum Metric and Google Cloud within an assigned territory to generate and accelerate pipeline, to establish best practices for winning deals and to broadly enable all stakeholders on the value of Quantum Metric and the Google Cloud partnership. This person will be expected to establish trust and credibility and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product and Customer Success while flawlessly executing our partner sales process and delivering on all key performance metrics.
š§ Responsibilities
- Focus on generating and accelerating Quantum Metric pipeline for Google Cloudās enterprise and select accounts in assigned territory
- Collaborate on the companyās largest opportunities and advise on deal strategy between the Quantum Metric and Google Cloud field sales teams. Ensure correct documentation and processes are followed, also manage expectations and timelines between teams.
- Build relationships with the Google Cloud teams specific to the following verticals: telco/media/entertainment/gaming, healthcare/life sciences, financial services, and retail/CPG/hospitality.
- Organize and lead presentations for field sales manager team meetings and other Google Cloud enablement events. Manage follow ups from these presentations.
- Enable Quantum Metric and Google Cloud sellers on our joint value proposition, when to introduce Quantum Metric into accounts and how to best qualify joint opportunities.
- Partner with Marketing across both Quantum Metric and Google Cloud to run joint campaigns, demand generation and other awareness activities. Set and track key performance indicators.
- Ramp quickly through world class onboarding and invest time in education by completing online learning and certification courses and effectively using tools and systems that assist with forecast tracking and account alignment.Ā
š” Requirements
- At least 5 years of technology related sales or channel partnerships experience.
- Experience selling cloud solutions, enterprise software, or analytical tools.Ā
- Track record of consistent revenue target achievements.
- Experience working with and managing partnerships with large enterprise organizations.Ā
- Demonstrated track record of beating quota and target metrics.
- Eager to be coached and share stories of success and failure with your peers to lift each other up.Ā
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment - a self-starter who exhibits passion, persistence, and integrity in all that you do.
- Exemplify the following traits - articulate, thoughtful, professional, organized, concise, humble and accountable, with excellent communication skills and a high emotional IQ.
- Bachelorās degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud products is a plus.
- Experience working in the digital experience analytics space or familiarity with Quantum Metric a plus.
