THE OPPORTUNITY

We count on our Partner Associates to work in close alignment with our internal Partner Sales Managers and Salesforce ISV Partner Managers to drive demand, pipeline generation and own the referral process. Our Partner Sales Associates will have 1 year of experience in driving referral business in a partner ecosystem. In this role, you will work to sign up referral partners and drive partner business. You will create partner win reports and promote them internally and externally. You will learn how to navigate the partner ecosystem and learn what it takes to grow into a Partner Sales Manager.

Xactly's Business Development/Alliances team is a tight-knit and growing team, looking to expand and add individuals with diverse backgrounds, the hunger to achieve, and drive a complex and intellectual sale amongst our partners. Our team's goal is to set customers up for success and transform the way C-level executives think about Sales Performance Management.



THE SKILL SET

  • 1+ years experience in sales or partner role with a successful track record
  • Passion for relationship building and desire to drive business in the partner ecosystem
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally within an organization and completing administrative tasks
  • Efficient with Salesforce, various office, and collaboration technologies
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.



WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU'LL

  • Develop a working relationship with the assigned Xactly Partner Sales Managers.
  •  Work with Partner Sales Managers to learn the referral process and how to develop target account lists.
  • Complete administrative tasks in support of Xactly Partner Sales Managers.

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU'LL

  • Research and drive referral business within the partner ecosystem
  •  Develop and maintain relationships across the partner network - i.e.: Salesforce, Workday, and system integrators
  • Generate and publish Partner Win Reports
  • Work with our internal marketing team to generate content specific to the partner ecosystem.


WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU'LL

  •  Drive and manage partner contracts
  • Coordinate partner campaigns and events with the support of marketing.
  • Lead partner enablement sessions for internal sales team.


WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU'LL

  •  Confidently drive referral business in the partner eco-system.
