  • Serve as a key liaison between the Academic Partnerships team and Guild’s student facing, employer, business intelligence, marketing and other internal groups.
  • Analyze and assess the tools and processes used by the Academic Partnerships team, and independently find opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop external facing resources, including presentations, training and reference materials, and general communications, for academic partners.
  • Be an integral member of a team committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment that you’d support every day.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Ability to work effectively on multiple, sophisticated, cross-functional projects at the same time.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate effectively through written and verbal means in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep track of both the high-level progress and the small details.
  • Examples of how you’ve successfully taken an analytics approach to building simple, scalable solutions to sophisticated problems.
  • An understanding of the issues Guild’s students face and the ways in which Guild and our university partners can address them to improve student outcomes.
  • A strong background in or knowledge of higher education and experience working directly with university staff.
  • Something else? Wonderful, we’re curious to learn more about you!
