The Opportunity

We are looking for our first partner manager, helping to expand our sales through agencies, dev shops and referral partners. Our Partner Managers are adept at identifying strategic companies to enter into commercial partnerships with the goal of driving sales, co-marketing and new business opportunities

What You Will Do

Responsibilities:

As a Partner Manager, you will:

• Build and manage a portfolio of strategic partners by recruiting leading agencies, solution providers and complimentary SaaS providers into the partner program and establish strategic Go-to-Market plans that drive revenue opportunities for Stream. 
• Establish executive relationships across the solution partner ecosystem in North America and generate new enterprise business opportunities and sales pipeline for the business through your network of partners.  
• Partner with Go-to-Market teams to align on priority accounts and in-market strategies that will fuel growth. 
• Be a coach and partner to your network, help them grow their product intelligence practices.

Who You Are

• Business development experience - direct sales, account management with an expansion/upsell function, or partner management roles. 
• Success building and growing partnerships with consulting firms, SI’s and companies with complimentary technology offerings (referrals, resellers, OEM, upstream and downstream partners).
• Strong knowledge of the communication ecosystem. You might have worked in the industry or have a passion for learning. 
• 7+ years of industry experience - preferably in the communications or SaaS space.
• A passion for collaborating with colleagues and love to be part of a team. 
• A strong self starter mentality, with experience building programs from the ground up.

Salary (for US only): Our salary ranges are based on national averages. We have wide ranges so we can be flexible and determine compensation based on a number of factors including the candidate's skills, level of experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $70,000-$100,000
