Who we're looking for...

As a member of the BombBomb Marketing Team, the Partner Manager will build win-win partnerships that benefits customers and partners alike. You’ll use your project management, real estate industry, and marketing experience to drive sales from within our partner relationships. We’re looking for someone who enjoys problem solving, values relationships, and is eager to help our partners succeed in launching their BombBomb integrations. You’ll work closely with the VP of Industry Relations to vet inquiries of outside parties who wish to partner with BombBomb, and make recommendations on practical use cases that will benefit the customer. You will work to support the marketing department, and business development to achieve the quarterly and annual goals of those departments.

What you will do...

  • Build and maintain relationships with BombBomb’s existing 60+ integration partners
  • Strive to build win-win partnerships that benefits our customers, partners and BombBomb
  • Listen to partners to gain an understanding of their customers and uncover ways that a BombBomb partnership could solve their problems with practical use cases
  • Remain persistent, follow-up with potential partners and motivate partners to include a BombBomb integration in their upcoming roadmaps
  • Plan and execute partner launches
  • Manage on-going promotion of partners - including, but not limited to, featuring one partner per month in BombBomb newsletters
  • Coordinate with partners and BombBomb’s support team to develop training videos and documentation within 30-days of integration being initiated
  • Coordinate with BombBomb’s marketing and sales team to generate and convert leads that originate from partner integrations
  • Share your partner knowledge and expertise with team by answering (or investigating) all integration related questions on Slack
  • Collaborate with leadership team to identify potential partners in new verticals
  • Work with the Marketing Leadership team to maintain the culture and core values of BombBomb
  • Maintain and enhance established best practices, tools, and resources to achieve these results

    Our ideal candidate will be or have…

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Communication preferred 
  • 3+ years' experience in marketing, sales, business development and/or partner management
  • Proven ability to lead and project manage simultaneous projects
  • Experience in establishing and nurturing relationships with third parties
  • Real Estate or Mortgage industry experience preferred
  • Tech-savvy, familiar with API documentation 
  • Highly motivated, resourceful and self-directed
  • Great communication skills

    Position is located in Colorado Springs. Candidates living in surrounding areas with ability to go into the office 2-3 times a week will be considered.
