Partner Manager - US
How you’ll make an impact:
As a Partner Manager, you’ll focus on expanding partner engagement, delivering partner driven leads to the sales team, and opening new sales channels with technology partners.
Cin7 is expanding very quickly and we have clear instructions from our investors to evolve the Partnerships function. You will be working with an extremely fast-growing sales team while taking advantage of a market segment that is growing exponentially.

If so, we're looking for a motivated and driven Partner Manager who would love to have a career at a fast-growing global software company working on the following:
- Responsibility for the acquisition, onboarding and engagement of US referral and integration partners, as well as supporting application technology partners.
- Driving lead generation with existing partners, including monthly check-in calls (or more as appropriate based on partner and HOP guidance), quarterly business reviews, and co-marketing activities.
- Developing Cin7’s presence in partner sales channel groups and networks; leading partner marketing efforts on behalf of Cin7.
- Assisting with process improvements as they relate to internal Cin7 product, support and sales collaboration, including but not limited to Salesforce oversight and partner portal launch initiatives.
- Working with named accounts on lead generation and corresponding deal support with Sales.
- Meeting MRR targets, which will be assigned on a quarterly basis to deliver a portion of overall program revenue targets.
- Leading efforts including webinars, training sessions, newsletter content ideation, social media and digital marketing support.
- Supporting partner collateral collaboration with Marketing and ensuring partners have access to sales materials to enable lead generations.
Here’s what you’ll bring with you:
- Exceptional partnership management skills, with a focus on aligning long term objectives between organizations.
- Ability to cultivate and build strong relationships with technology and IT partners and industry counterparts.
- 6 years of overall experience with 4+ years in partner management or related experience in a fast paced, cross functional company.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects within time sensitive or fast paced situations.
- Experience presenting to executive level partners and customers with focus on value sharing and value creation.
- Empathetic, customer-focused, driven, challenge seeking, self-directed learner.
- Solid cross-functional skills with the ability to build consensus among teams (product, engineering, marketing, sales, finance).
- Experience with marketing initiatives and creating go-to-market strategy with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills including executive presentation preparation and delivery.
- Ability to work independently with professional detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
