Within our Denver and New York offices we are looking for a number of Partner Manager’s to expand the current team at #TeamGreen!

As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing many of our consulting partners such as Accenture, TCS, Interworks, Slalom and helping them make a big impact on our business. 

What you will be doing;

  • Support lead acquisition, enablement, and activation through a solid partner business development strategy and world-class execution
  • Working with our internal business development and sales teams, to develop and execute global go-to-market strategies and partner programs to drive both revenue and customer acquisition for Matillion
  • Own the development and execution of global go-to-market plans with CSPs like AWS, Google, Microsoft, and Snowflake, as well as with BI partners (e.g. Tableau, Looker)Establish and orchestrate co-selling programs between Matillion’s and alliance partner’s sales teams
  • Create/package tailored sales enablement material for partners
  • International travel to conferences and events

What you’ll need;

  • An understanding of partner relationships, how they work and expectations on both parties 
  • The ability to articulate competitive advantages with a confident (non-defensive) and consultative approach 
  • Strong presentation and sales enablement training skills 
  • To be creative, to come up with new programs/campaigns to increase awareness and alignment with partners 

Interview Process

  • A call with your agency or our People Ops team so we can get to know more about each other 
  • Then have a call with the hiring manager, to explore this role and your experience in more detail 
  • Next, come into the office for a tour, meet some of the team, you’ll have your interview while you are here and perhaps a game of pool if you wish! 
  • Finally - show us what you are made of! Via zoom Give a 20-minute presentation on Matillion as if we were a partner (full details provided) 
  • We endeavour to provide an outcome, offer or otherwise within 48 hours
