Partner Development Specialist
Accelo is excited to expand the Partnership team with a role geared toward partner success, community development, continue the expansion of Accelo’s partner network. Accelo's next Partner Development Specialist will play a critical part in coordinating, promoting, and managing relationships with our existing channel partners. Additionally, this role will be responsible for qualifying inbound partner requests to establish the right relationships to help more small businesses succeed!

The Partnerships & Channel team serves the entire organization through strategic initiatives that scale operations across marketing, sales, customer success, product, and finance. Through 2019, the team will be focused on strategic technology, channel, and partner co-marketing objectives that help our internal partners exceed their goals.
What You’ll Do:
Work closely with the Director of Partnerships & Channel to grow key performance metrics, coordinate internal resources, and promote the success of Accelo partners.
Qualify and develop new Accelo partner relationships from inbound applications to drive top-of-funnel direct lead acquisition and indirect revenue targets
Manage, grow, and promote existing partner relationships to achieve expansion targets
Serve as the liaison between partners and internal functional groups to align goals, needs, and identify win-win opportunities.
Coordinate and educate shared resources for mutual success
Analyze and report on any owned partner initiatives, growth in existing partner communities, and investment opportunities in partner marketing channels.
About You:
1-2 years in SaaS Partnerships, Business Development, Customer Success or Account Management
Experience in Marketing or Community Management is a plus
Business acumen, entrepreneurial experience, and/or tech start-up experience is needed to be successful in this role
Previous experience working and communicating with external vendors/partners for a mutual benefit
Self-starter and creative problem-solver who focuses on both building and maintaining relationships
Exceptional presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain a robust product into a structured conversation to demonstrate value and determine partner alignment
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage/prioritize competing requirements to focus on long-term success
