Position: Partner Account Manager
Overview:
Due to our success, we are seeking a smart, motivated Partner Account Manager. This role is the primary point of contact for new and existing Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners. You will cultivate relationships with and focus on fully understanding and enabling the success of the partner’s business with JumpCloud. Proactively engaging partners to support the growth of their business and their resale of Directory-as-a-Service within their offerings.
This is a great opportunity if you love understanding business challenges and finding solutions as well as building meaningful business partnerships and seeing them produce results for everyone. This position will be based out of our office in Downtown Boulder.
What you’ll be doing:
- Driving new revenue through an existing and growing book of partners
- Expanding and retaining partner revenue by programmatically enhancing relationships
- Accelerating new partner account’s time to revenue by facilitating onboarding and training programs
- Prioritizing current and potential partners to inform engagement levels and partner program development
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Support, Marketing, Product, etc.) to ensure an ideal and constantly improving partner experience
We’re looking for…
- 1-3 years of business development, sales, and/or account management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment with an IT-focused product
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding key performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment where being a self-starter is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related major is preferred
