Job Overview
The core of SonderMind is our amazing network of therapists and in order to continue to grow our mission of redesigning behavioral health, it is imperative we are able to attract and retain high quality therapists. SonderMind is looking for two entry to mid-level Business Development Representative who will be responsible for helping to drive our Provider Network growth in current and future markets. These individuals will be responsible for managing all inbound therapist calls, maintaining a rigorous cold-calling outreach schedule, and successfully converting cold-call and general therapist inquiries into signed agreements. In addition, our Representatives will coordinate very closely with other teams in the company in order to develop a cross-functional strategy for effective outreach, lead conversion, and eventual signed agreement hand-off. Our ideal candidates are extremely self-motivated and tenacious, possess high emotional intelligence, and are true team-players.
What else should you know
We are looking for two part-time Business Development Representatives to support our therapist recruitment needs across multiple markets and time zones. We have the following shifts available:
- Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 12:00PM MST
- Monday - Friday 2:00PM - 7:00PM MST
Gotta Have
- Exceptional verbal and presentation skills with the ability to be articulate and present information clearly
- Passionate and driven personality with the ability to work proactively and take on a strategic role within the organization
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects and campaigns
- Experience working with a high-volume of inbound inquiries, external cold-calls, and a large number of prospective relationships
- 1 - 3 years of inside sales or customer service experience, SaaS sales experience preferred
- Consistent availability during scheduled shift
Nice to Have
- Healthcare and/or behavioral health experience
- Experience researching and working in remote markets
Outcomes
- Within one week: understand the current marketing and communication model to all of our current markets; develop a strategy for a personalized inbound inquiry experience
- Within two weeks: have reached out to current list of inbound prospective clients, take on full communication efforts for inbound inquiries
- Within one month: identify gaps in current market outreach efforts and develop cross-functional strategy to effectively target unreached client pool
- Within two months: double the number of completed provider agreements per month compared to current business trends
