ABOUT LAWGICAL 

Founded in 2005, Lawgical is an established legal marketing, content and software development firm located in the heart of RiNo. We own and operate a number of brands/companies in the legal market including the largest network of legal-related podcasts. We are self-funded, and invest our revenues back into our company and our people. There are a number of paths to growth in Lawgical, and we prefer to promote from within. 

The majority of our team is in our Denver (RiNo) office, where we invested in a great space for our team that is just a few blocks from the 38th and Blake light rail station. Our offices are dog-friendly and we have a brewery tenant that we share a wall with. We also have a small office in Los Angeles and a number of remote team members.

ABOUT THE ROLE.

We are looking for superstars to become part of our growing team of sales consultants. You must be honest, hard-working and understand the fundamentals of outbound phone sales and relationship building. All of our sales have historically come from inbound leads / referrals and we are always generating more however, now we are building an outbound team that can successfully prospect from our database and call lists. While this is an outbound and prospecting role, we want you to know our marketing team is always there to support you to find ways to warm prospects before contacting and ultimately drive inbound leads.

REQUIREMENTS.

* 2-5 + years experience in a sales and/or customer service role 
* Strong knowledge of advertising sales and marketing & SaaS
* Strong organizational & multi-tasking skills
* Comfortable making / receiving phone calls 40 + warm / cold calls per day
* A can-do attitude and very strong initiative
* Superior interpersonal, verbal and written skills
* Knowledge of Gmail and Google Docs & Spreadsheets
* Bachelors or above Education
* Excellent time management skills / ability to prioritize and deliver planned results in a fast paced and dynamic environment
* Proactive communicator / problem solver / goal-oriented individual / substantially promotable / future executive potential
* Occasional availability to travel for industry events

COMPENSATION

The starting range for this role is 48k - 60k based on experience + a monthly bonus, with the potential to be earning will into six figures.
