This team helps execute sophisticated digital advertising campaigns in Programmatic, Native, Video, Mobile, Search Engine Marketing, Email, and Search Engine Optimization.


Job Overview:

We are seeking to fill an entry level position as a Onboarding Account Coordinator with a degree in business and/or marketing, interested in working for a fast-paced digital agency.

The Onboarding Account Coordinator will provide overall day-to-day administrative and customer service support for our Onboarding team to ensure the effective execution of new partner needs and objectives. The ideal candidate would demonstrate a strong worth ethic, a “can do” attitude, and an ability to pivot quickly between various tasks assigned.

Strong MS office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a requirement.


Responsibilities:

  • Work as an extension of the Onboarding team in proactively servicing our media partners
  • Create proposals and strategic recommendations for new partners
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new partners
  • Track and log all sales activity in Salesforce
  • Field ongoing questions, concerns, and needs (both internal and external), and communicate solutions effectively
  • Perform any other tasks, pertaining to partner needs, as assigned by the Onboarding team

Compensation:

Compensation range is $47,000 to $54,500 including salary and bonuses.


Location Requirements:

Ability to report to Denver, CO office on occasion preferred. Work from home available.


Other Requirements:

Currently legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
