National Account Manager

This is not your typical sales role! While we pride ourselves in closing deals and growth, the primary driver of our work is to help our customers be more successful and more sustainable. The ideal candidate is passionate about opening business, brainstorming unique solutions, seeing a project through to its finish, and communicating sustainability frameworks.
A member of the Customer Growth team works closely with 30+ of the world's most progressive ecommerce brands, supporting them in their sustainable packaging efforts and helping them build more eco-friendly companies.
Location: Louisville, Colorado hybrid in-office & remote

DAY-DAY:
Opening Business:
- Research and seek to understand the packaging and sustainability requirements of inbound opportunities
- With a consultative approach, discover the ins and outs of a companies fulfillment operation, and work with them to develop a packaging solution that satisfies their needs and reduces their environmental footprint
- Leverage your knowledge of recycling and composting systems, landfilling and pollution, material and chemical science, and more to guide customer's packaging choices based on their values and circumstance.
- Interface with EcoEnclose leadership, production team, estimating tools, and partners to determine how we can meet their needs.
- Communicate proposed solutions and pricing options to leads
- Maintain in-depth understanding of EcoEnclose art, design and print capabilities
- Track and stay organized as your jobs are manufactured and delivered utilizing CRM
Relationship Management:
- Build trust with your customer base. Grow the revenue and sustainability of each customer through proactive insight and creativity.
Lead Gen:
- Participate in marketing and outbound initiatives when asked
- Facilitate referrals through your customer base

Compensation:
- $70,000-$120,000 total comp including base salary + commission
