Job Description

Remote (US Only)

 

Bonusly is looking for a people-focused and inspiring Sales Manager to lead our amazing MM Sales team to greater heights of success than ever before. If you have the ability to perform under pressure, and keeping others motivated while you do it, then this role is for you. Join our small but mighty (and growing) sales leaders, and report directly to our VP of Sales who will enable you to achieve high expectations and ambitious goals. The right Sales Manager for this position will have be a proven and technically adept SaaS Sales Manager who loves to build, develop and lead high-performing sales teams. What you’ll do

  • Sell Bonusly’s amazing products to mid market level customers
  • Prospect and generate leads to create outbound processing of sales functions
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert in of mid market level selling, and set an awesome example for the rest of our best in class team
  • Use a variety of modern sales technologies (Social selling, automation tools) technologies to proactively sell to C-Level Executives
  • Own the entire sales process from end to end: Generate new leads, convert leads, conduct discovery calls, conduct demos, negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Foster practices that encourage improvement and bias towards action through retrospection, learning and outcomes.
  • Join an inclusive, collaborative, and skilled sales team that loves to sell reliable, scalable, intuitive, and useful products.

 

?You should apply if you…..

  • Have 2 + years of professional software sales experience including closing your own deals
  • Have experience prospecting your own leads, and are excited about the idea of proactively sourcing your own leads
  • Are ambitious and motivated with a #Go-Get-Results attitude that will drive you to deliver outbound sales leads
  • Have experience or familiarity with a CRM 
  • Have experience with social selling, prospecting, or utilizing a sales automation tool Have experience selling to C-Level executives
  • Have 1+ years of experience selling Software in the Mid Market space (500 - 10,000 employees)
  • Have a BS degree or higher in any field, or equivalent experience

 

Bonus Points for…..

  • Have experience selling Human Resources (or related) Technologies 
  • Have experience selling to Mid Market Level Customers

 

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $60,000-$70,000 base
  • $80,000 Target Commission + Equity

Location

Bonusly is a both a remote and hybrid workplace, we hire in all 50 states and for employees based in Colorado, access to our Boulder, CO office. Our Boulder HQ is located in the WeWork at Canyon + 28th, with restaurants, shops, and a bus stop in front of the building
