The Challenge

The Partner Sales Associate (PSA) will provide programmatic and tactical sales alignment across the Adobe Corporate, Territory, Greenfield and Commercial long-tail accounts. The PSA will work in close cooperation with Microsoft’s Enterprise & Commercial Sales, One Commercial Partner (OCP), and Adobe Microsoft Partner Sales teams to connect, nurture, and grow across the long tail of tens of thousands of joint Adobe & Microsoft accounts. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to establish a rhythm of business, stay informed on the Microsoft & Adobe partnership strategy, share expert knowledge of the MSFT program and selling strategies, and ultimately drive alignment between both sales organizations resulting in incremental business for Adobe. Adobe and Microsoft have come together to build a rare position connecting content, data, and process to deliver more compelling and personalized experiences to our customers. This is an exciting and highly visible opportunity to cut horizontally across the entire organization making a true impact on the business.

Purpose of Role:

  • Support and grow Corporate, Territory, Greenfield and Commercial accounts
  • Own the Adobe field to Microsoft field connection, alignment, and sales execution and follow through of Adobe Corporate, Territory, Greenfield, and Commercial accounts
  • Stand up, own, and manage the Microsoft SMC business including building key relationships with the SMC field and leadership, executing enablement, and building/governing joint pipeline

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver new Adobe bookings and meet agreed sales quotas by selling with and through Microsoft’s long tail of accounts
  • Build positive relationships with Microsoft’s direct salesforce and indirect sales channels to generate new business opportunities by:
  • Working closely with PSMs to define propensity models and long-ail account strategies to connect, align, and nurture across defined sales plays
  • Enabling Microsoft sellers on the partnership value proposition and joint integrations
  • Building effective and detailed account plans for Microsoft sales rep to generate co-sell opportunities
  • Processing and qualifying incoming leads from account-based marketing activities and joint Microsoft/Adobe events
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to drive marketing plans to nurture, accelerate, and build new business
  • Become a trusted advisor across both Adobe and Microsoft field organizations to grow and manage a balanced Microsoft pipeline
  • Use internal competitive intelligence to help the partnership emerging trends and address any gaps
  • Educate and mobilize internal Adobe business partners to support key Microsoft partnership objectives
  • Design and deliver presentation to senior executives and sales leaders on topics ranging from current and future program capabilities and integrations with Adobe/Microsoft technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education & experience
  • Completion of a top tier SaaS Inside Sales Program or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, channel sales, channel marketing or business development
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred
  • Successful track record of selling to large enterprises, managing complex sales cycles and interacting with senior executives
  • Ambitious, great teammate who has a strong drive to exceed goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for partner or customer meetings, marketing events, and specialized projects

Location

Our new office is in the Denver City Center near plenty of shops and restaurants. We also have amazing views of the Rocky Mountains from our windows.
