As the Market/Sales Development Representative you will support the mantra of ‘Guiding Church Leaders to a Better How’ by having a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and being able to develop, implement, track and optimize our lead nurturing marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You will develop a strong grasp of lead generation marketing tools and strategies working with both the Sales & Marketing Managers collectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Qualify Leads and move them through Lead Funnel
  • Make outbound calls to current lead pipeline
  • Accept inbound lead call inquiries to answer questions regarding sales process, products, etc.
  • Brainstorm new and creative lead nurture strategies
  • Optimize lead funnels and conversations from Stranger to MQL
  • Nurture pipelines through email campaigns (designed in conjunction with Content Marketer and Marketing Manager) and subsequent personal email follow up interactions
  • Follow up and nurture leads from social media platforms through personal or tailored interactions
  • Create lead nurturing social media campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all lead campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Daily reporting of progress with prioritized campaigns and activity

What you'll bring:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience in digital lead generation marketing
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital lead generation campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Gain solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hubspot and SalesForce)
