The challenge

Digital marketing is advancing at a dizzying pace and companies are turning to the Adobe Experience Cloud, the leader in enterprise marketing software, to stay ahead. Adobe Solution Architects help Adobe Experience Cloud customers succeed by advising them on the right digital marketing strategies, product implementation approaches, and consulting services needed to meet their business objectives.

As a Practice Manager, you partner with the AVP of Professional Services for the Corporate industry vertical. In this vertical, you will help to develop strategies to grow consulting programs for mid-market customers and customers that are new to the Adobe experience cloud. This exciting opportunity requires a strategic, creative mindset.

Additionally, you will manage a team of Solution Architects and partner with Adobe sales teams during the sales cycle to conduct customer discovery, scope out a roadmap of consulting services, and present your proposal to the customer. This involves maintaining a keen understanding of the Adobe product strategy, consulting offerings, and sales pipeline to identify opportunities where Adobe Consulting can bring significant business value to our customers (such as increased revenue, improved customer experience, and reduced marketing spend).

What You’ll Do

  • Operate in a fast-paced environment where you will be responsible for driving multiple customer opportunities in parallel
  • Oversee all pre-sales services scoping and proposal development for your assigned industry vertical
  • Ensure high-quality and timeliness of your Solution Architecture team’s deliverables

  • Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews to help define and track goals for the Solution Architecture team

What You Need To Succeed
