Who are we looking for;
We are looking for a Manager, Sales Operations to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. As the leader of our Sales Operations department you will play a critical part in enhancing our processes and helping the company maximize revenue. You will work cross-functionally with sales, accounting, product management, professional services and support, as well as other contacts within LogRhythm regarding sales needs.
Here’s some of the challenge ahead;
- Mentor a team; helping improve their productively, efficiency, and accuracy
- Assist with sales metrics and dashboards as needed and requested by multiple levels of management
- Verify sales orders and bookings for compliance with company procedure and authorization limits for product discounting
- Work with management and Information Systems team to assist in integrations, changes and updates as needed
- Collaborate with the team on processes and provide recommendations on system changes as needed
- Review inventory reports to work with the field and fulfillment teams
Here’s some of the challenge ahead;

- Bachelors degree
- 5+ years’ experience working in a process-oriented, Sales operations focused role which involved leveraging cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented
- Experience with Salesforce
- Ability to work independently
