The Role:

We’re looking for a Sales Development Manager who has experience in coaching, mentoring, and managing sales development  teams to drive qualified meetings within the SaaS industry. You’ll use this experience to role-play, work side-by-side, and provide strong career development to an awesome outbound team. You’ll also help create new processes, perfect our sales methodology, and influence our go-to-market strategy. 

You're driven, comfortable working in ambiguous environments, and curious about new technologies. You are an advocate for your customers and you sweat the details. You’re excited by the opportunity to continue to build and grow a world-class sales organization. You'll receive meaningful equity and a generous compensation and incentive package. You will report to the Director of Sales Development and work from our growing office in Denver. 

Position Details:

  • Provides directional leadership for a rapidly growing team of SDRs
  • Oversee the daily activities and quota performance management of individual SDRs
  • Consistently delivers on  individual and team metrics (quarterly and annually)
  • Continue to build and strengthen your team through hiring and development strategies
  • Drive operational excellence through constant process innovation and technology toolsets
  • Proactively identify and implement new strategies to increase lead generating efficiencies
  • Serve as an individual contributor through your own selling efforts as needed

The Ideal Candidate Will Be/Have:

  • Sales management experience in a high-tech startup environment
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding against quota and outlined metrics
  • Data enthusiast with experience in forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
  • Prior experience working with Salesforce.com and other CRM platforms
  • An enthusiastic team player who’s comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Previous experience in a traditional software startup environment

Location

Our Denver office sits in the Central Business District, just North of the Cap Hill area. Our building has a Starbucks and a Wells Fargo, and we are very close to some great coffee, lunch and happy hour spots! We are just one block away from RTD and Civic Center Station.
