ABOUT THIS ROLE:
We are looking for a Manager, Sales and Customer Success Enablement professional to join our team to partner with our growing Udemy Business Sales & Customer Success teams in North America.
Here's what you'll be doing:
- Lead a North American enablement team in driving the development and delivery of global enablement priorities
- Partner with North & South American Sales and Customer Success leadership to identify enablement needs and create the vision of how enablement is a partner in scaling learning
- Responsible for team’s delivery of classroom and virtual Sales Learning & Coaching programs
- Work with a diverse group of stakeholders, managing multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
- Collaborate with our Global Enablement team to leverage and localize our existing programs and pivot where necessary for the needs of your stakeholders.
- Hire, coach, and develop a growing North American enablement team
- Establish a network of sponsors so that every enablement initiative has support & participation from the business in its planning, development, sign off, and release
We're excited about you because you:
- 5+ years experience in an Enablement and or Coaching Role
- 2+ years experience in a Sales quota-carrying role
- 2+ years a people manager a plus
- Set team goals that align with global and regional priorities
- Have a strong knowledge of management practices such as hiring, developing employees, and performance improvement
- Know how to coach and motivate your team to impact business results
- Are passionate about modern approaches to learning. Experience with Microlearning, personalized learning journeys, learning reinforcement, and gamification
- Ability to travel up to 3 weeks per quarter (once we can resume traveling)
Minimum Salary: $98,000 + Equity + Benefits (See Below)
Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.
