Evolve’s mission is to make vacation rental easy for everyone. As a Manager of the Partner Development Account Management Team you will provide leadership and management to the members of the team and be an active Brand Ambassador within Evolve.  This role provides the opportunity to build and lead a team, while strategically collaborating on how we continue to grow and innovate with our Preferred Partners. 

This role has a wide span of responsibilities, from coaching at an individual level, to running team initiatives and monitoring metrics and performance measures along the way.  Ultimately your job distills down to one primary goal: to elevate your team to their highest potential. That means not only their highest performance, but their best career paths, their most creative work, and their most engaged day-to-day. 

What you’ll do:

  • Actively manage Account Managers to ensure Partners are performing at the highest level possible and driving key metrics with our partners (review Scores, review return rate, introductions, referrals, etc.)
  • Manage team of specialists who intake large volume of calls from Partners
  • Be an active collaborator with other company leaders, identifying opportunities for full service Preferred Partners, including cleaners and guest contact, to advance other departments’ goals
  • Continual evaluation of how we are engaging our Preferred Partners to ensure we are as efficient and effective as possible
  • Meet regularly with Manager of Partner Development Sourcing Team, to evaluate the Partner Life Cycle, both upstream and downstream, in order to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide vision and leadership in the development and improvement of various platforms (SalesForce, portal, webinars, meet and greets) that will assist the PD- Service team and Preferred Partners in working more efficiently and effectively
  • Coach team members through 1x1’s and continual day to day leadership- providing ongoing coaching to ensure metrics are met and individuals experience personal career growth.

  • 5+ years of vendor management experience
  • 3+ years  of leadership experience

Location: 

While we are all currently working from home until at least July, our goal is to eventually return to our beautiful Denver office and collaborate in person.

Compensation for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 annually depending on experience (DOE).

Our office is located in Downtown Denver surrounded by the best the city has to offer. With our flexible remote work policy, our teammates are free to work in person in our Colorado space or remotely from home in 48 approved states.
