What You'll Do

Skupos is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our fast-growing Sales organization. You will help drive retailer footprint growth through management of the lead development and generation team. Your past experiences, critical thinking and leadership skills will help build a team, improve efficiency and develop new procedures. This is a new opportunity to improve and own one of the most important stages of the sales funnel within a high growth company.

What You'll Get To Do

  • Design, build and execute a comprehensive sales development strategy
  • Manage a team of business development representatives
  • Report to and work with the Director of Retail of Sales to improve the production of Account Executives
  • Train and develop a world-class team of young sales professionals
  • Work cohesively with cross-functional department leaders
  • Produce high-quality leads and potential sales leaders 
  • Own the lead development of a traditional sales funnel 
  • Present metric-driven performance summaries to leadership
  • Foster an environment of growth and production

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of success managing a team of BDRs/SDRs
  • Commitment to excellence
  • 4+ years of sales experience
  • Experience distilling complicated technology products down to simple value propositions
  • Self-motivated, process-driven, detail-oriented and analytical
  • Ability to test fast and learn quickly
