Our Lodging Acquisition team is seeking a Lodging Partner Specialist who is an inside sales professional with at least 1 year of B2B sales experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This individual will be a key part of our strategic initiatives and should be passionate about the opportunity to drive brand awareness.
What is this team here to do?
At HE, our Lodging Acquisition team is responsible for negotiating new partnerships with hotels at the property level. The success of the individuals is based on the ability to bring new partners to the Hotel Engine supply network at negotiated rates. While building relationships are key, there is a strong focus on attention to detail, discernment and articulation of market data, and time management which are essential skills for this role.
Here is what you'll do:
- Meet weekly KPI expectations
- Acquire new hotel properties on negotiated rates to be included in our exclusive supply partner network
- Leverage market data to create compelling value statements to individual properties
- Demonstrate passion for consultative, value based selling necessary to drive Hotel Engine brand awareness
- Ability to adapt in an ever-changing and fast paced environment
- Ability to work well cross-departmentally with internal contacts
Here is what we are looking for:
- Hunter mentality with cold calling experience preferred
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple activities while paying attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Commit to continuous improvement, innovation and learning alongside your Hotel Engine team members
Cash compensation:
- Base compensation range: For this role compensation is based on a base salary of $55,000 annually with OTE starting at $75,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise & may vary from the amount above.

- This role is eligible for remote work. Hotel Engine is authorized to do business in AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT & WA.
