About the team

Strategic technology and Independent Sales Office partners are a cornerstone of our industry strategy. Providing leading edge solutions to solve our market's most challenging business problems requires extensive partner relationships. This executive will manage a high performing team of business development professionals. Reporting to the General Manager and Head 3rd Party Sales, the Vice President ISO & PayFac Business Development, will be responsible for the strategy and execution of gaining market share globally for Worldpay from FIS .

What you will be doing

As a Business Development Leader, you will manage a high performing team of business development executives to drive revenue growth through ISO and Payment Facilitator partners.

  • Create, manage, and execute North America partner strategy
  • Build and manage enablement programs focused on recruiting, educating, and empowering new partners while ensuring the success of existing ones
  • Ensure partners deliver customer success through certified consultants, with systems, tools, and processes
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships across top partners

What you bring.

  • High intellectual horsepower, high-energy, visionary executive with proven entrepreneurial track record of defining and delivering new initiatives
  • Consistent track record of building, developing and managing high performing teams.
  • Consistent track record of relentless operational execution
  • History of building strong internal relationships in a highly matrixed, global organization
  • Must be flexible and able to excel in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships and transactions
  • Successful background driving repeatable solutions, technical wins, and / or practice wins.
  • Deep relationships with C-level executives at Partner companies.
  • Demonstrated success in running a large partner organization managing hundreds of partners.
  • Ability to evaluate and develop existing teams and reshape as necessary, while mentoring and inspiring teams around the world.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Extensive experience presenting to and negotiating with senior level management(internal and external)
  • Must be open to 50% travel.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

Added bonus if you have

  • payments background
  • 10+ years of experience building a channel organization at a major global enterprise software and/or payment technology organization.
