As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will:

  • Be responsible for assessing and positively impacting the quality of training including onboarding, ongoing development and more.
  • Work with the Account Management team on delivering training when required (i.e. refresher programs or product updates like new feature or product launches).
  • Work closely with our internal teams (Product SMEs, Sales, Account Management, Partners, Management) and be responsible for addressing training requirements for the department.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) as an instructional designer to develop entire course curriculums.
  • Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. scripts / lesson plans / case studies.)
  • Establish and maintain formal and informal KPIs to track effectiveness of training programs and initiatives via qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Maintain updated records of training material and curricula.
  • Ensure that onboarding and ongoing programs are properly set up for success.
  • Be an ambassador for the L&D Department and advocate for the needs of expert development.
