This is a full-time position based at the Visible headquarters in Denver, CO, where you will collaborate with team members across functions as well as our executive team.

 

Your Role at Visible

We are looking for a Launch Program Manager to focus on launching new markets for Visible. This person should have a proven track record and a passion for building processes that grow and scale while keeping a laser focus on the customer experience. As the Launch Manager at Visible, you will be tasked with identifying and mapping out new launch market targets by conducting market-level research. You will own the creation and execution of initial marketing and partnerships strategies within a new target market. This will require travel to markets for launch. This person will own the creation of our market launch playbook and subsequent iterations based on new learning and data. This person will use analytical skills (SQL) and technical understanding to design and build efficient processes around market launch shorten the time required to reach market maturity. You are passionate about delivering a delightful and valuable experience to consumers who live their lives on their mobile phones.

 

This is a full-time position based at the Visible headquarters in Denver, CO, where you will collaborate with team members across functions as well as our executive team. Moderate travel will be required.

 

Your Role at Visible (a.k.a. responsibilities)

  • Oversee the development, integration, and implementation of a new sales workforce, sales skills and enablement tools.
  • Build team to support program goals & longer term growth, this includes recruiting & hiring of new employees.
  • Identify potential target markets, conduct initial research and build strategic launch roadmap
  • Define launch strategy, tools and new partner & platform integration including ongoing iteration through key learning.  
  • Launch targeted markets
  • Develop launch playbook, cadence, product & process enhancements and goals
  • Report on KPIs owned by the launch segment of this program.
  • Work closely with Visible’s product, marketing, strategy, and training teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution for market launch
  • Work very closely with the Regional Program Managers to transfer markets after initial maturity is reached

 

What You Bring to Visible (a.k.a. qualifications)

  • Proven experience of successfully building, launching, and scaling programs that focus on market growth
  • 3+ years of experience in launching new markets with sales/growth focus
  • 3+ years’ experience building sales teams with a strong operations focus
  • Experience in identifying & negotiating and managing B2B & strategic partnerships at the local & national level.
  • Analytical mindset and comfortability & experience with reporting tools (SQL preferred)
  • Understanding of KPIs in this space (Market Penetration, CPA, CAC, LTV, Conversion Rate, Churn/Retention, and more) and reporting structures around them
  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally, as well as to senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and rapidly changing priorities
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills
  • Experience working with Independent Contractors
