The Opportunity: 

Mersive is looking for an Enterprise Systems Analyst/Administrator to plan, develop, maintain, and manage efficient business solutions and operating systems in support of core organizational functions. This includes gathering and analyzing data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements for teams using the Salesforce and NetSuite platforms. Currently, integrations are setup using the Celigo platform.

A successful candidate must have experience defining and optimizing business processes, system requirements, and managing implementations in the following areas: Sales Order Operations, Sales Automation, Customer Relationship Management and Customer Service. The position liaises with both the business and technical teams to determine the scope, timeline and budgetary impacts of new features and enhancements, as well as provide production support, to help maximize the benefit of system investments.

Key Business Needs

Mersive is looking for a Junior Salesforce Admin to join our growing Enterprise team to maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance our current Salesforce instance. They will directly assist with improving and boosting productivity for numerous cross-departmental teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success and Operations. There will be a focus upon data integrity throughout the sales process, designing scalable workflows to drive revenue, and further expanding upon an elaborate Salesforce instance.

Essential Job Functions:

• Serve as tier 1 system administrator for the Salesforce.com with 100+ cross-functional users
• Be one of the first point of contact for internal users, providing technical guidance and support
  • User Account Management, Access, and Onboarding
  • User Support and Assistance: Enhancements, Troubleshooting and Monitoring
• Build and update Salesforce reports and dashboards that are easy to consume by teams and leadership
• Assist management with Salesforce readiness through reading, understanding, and implementing relevant updates
  • Performance Monitoring: Evaluate and monitor integrations, ensuring error log is low and performance is up
  • Security Evaluation and updates
  • Continuous Optimization and Administration
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
• Create training and user documentation, and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added

  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs related to data quality
  • Identify areas of improvement to achieve data quality.
  • Develop process improvements to audit and enhance overall data quality
  • Develop and execute data cleanup measures
• Help drive user adoption of Salesforce through creating a good customer experience and providing training on a regular basis

Experience

• Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator in global environment
• Proven ability to design and implement new processes, integrations and facilitate user adoption
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
• Strong data management abilities
• Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
• Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, Workbench)
• Experience in Salesforce Lightning (LEX) components and UI

Desired Qualifications/Experience: 

• Salesforce Admin Certifications (ADM 201, ADM 211), or ability to attain certification within 120 days of employment
• Preferable: Platform App Builder, Salesforce Community and/or Service Cloud Certification(s) already desired
