Jr. Account Manager - EMEA

The Junior Account Manager is responsible for supporting the PopSockets sales team and our local distributors in EMEA (Europe, Middle-East, Africa) area. You will be working with different kinds of tasks related to sales, marketing and products to ensure an efficient sales-delivery process to our retail industry clients. In close co-operation with our local distributors and our manufacturing units, you will deliver sales actions and support our channel sales for example by coordinating orders, distributing sales and marketing materials, ensuring the right certificates and scheduling special orders. You are a vital part of the sales team and an important point of contact for our stakeholders.
- Handle orders and other inquiries.
- Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed.
- Process sales data and progress reports.
- Follow up on sales leads.
- Direct sales leads to appropriate member of the sales team.
- Answer questions about products and services
- Organize events, conferences, and other meetings.
- Maintain client database.
- Handle billing issues.
- Resolve promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices.
You are commercial-minded, reliable and a hands-on operative developer. We expect you to have a suitable commercial degree (M.Sc., BBA etc.) and some years of experience in sales or/and sales support role, ideally from international business. We value persistence of both extraordinary and routine tasks. Your workstyle is positive, well organized and accountable. Most importantly, you have a superior customer service attitude and great communication and collaboration skills. We expect you to communicate fluently in English, other languages are an asset.
